Breathe...

At the outset, I decided not to turn this into a blog where I review all my Beachbody workouts. I do work out nearly every day and it is an integral part of my life, but there are some amazing coaches and customers out there to tell you all about P90X, Chalean Extreme, Power 90 and so on.  I have used most of the programs, so if you do have questions I'd be glad to share my experience. But, my purpose with this blog is more to share my experience as a Beachbody Coach, to help others develop their business and also to stay accountable.

However, I just have to tell you that I love the newest installment in Tony Horton's One on One series. It's called "Patience Hummingbird" and it's a slow motion yoga. It's only 35 minutes or so but the corpse pose at the end feels as wonderful as it does after the complete Yoga X. After you've completed a round of P90X, the One on Ones are a great addition to your library so you can continue to mix things up. And the sticker on my dvd case this month says that next month a free gift will come with the workout! I can't wait. It's like a magazine subscription but better!

Mike Ryan's favorite is 30/15, a brutal attack on the upper body with pullups and pushups. Dave Dovel loves the Cardio Intervals. What's your favorite?

Coaches, remember you get these at 25% off!

In this together,
Anne
