Insanity meal planning

Beachbody has a new intense dvd workout program and it is aptly named, "INSANITY" and I'm doing it! :)

Today's food has been less than stellar because it's been a busy day, but here you go:

Breakfast: Recovery drink after workout. Chocolate Shakeology with 1/3 banana, ice and water. 385 calories
Snack: P90X Bar and Yogurt 390 calories
Lunch: 1 cup beans, 1 english muffin, 2 oz. chicken, 2 thin wedges avocado 370 calories
Snack: 4 oz. shrimp (about 11 medium), 1 T. cocktail sauce, tomato and 20 cherries (should have had some mixed veggies here but no time...so just had a tomato. 230 calories
Supper: to come. About 375 calories
8 glasses of water at least.

As you can see there is room for improvement. I prefer to have only 1 nutrition bar a week or 2 at the most. Need more veggies. At least I got a full serving of veggies in my Shakeology!!!

I'm feeling satisfied, but not over-full. I haven't really ever counted every little calorie over a period of time, so this is kind of fun.

I came across your blog while searching for other bloggers who were interested in “personal development.” Your profile caught my attention when your interest also included “beach body” and P90x.” I have recently started using the P90X DVD’s and have found a great improvement in my fitness level. Although I am already a very athletic and fit individual, I always had trouble areas that I have found hard to target. Within a few weeks, friends started commenting my body, allowing me to really see the results I was gaining from P90X.
I would like to introduce you to our product, as it is something that has helped me follow the P90X program. Hilton Head Island Performance Group Inc. sells a group of planners, that allow personal development, and lessons to leading a balanced lifestyle through work, personal life, and fitness. There are weekly lessons, that help keep oneself motivated in achieving their goals. At the beginning of each week there is a section to record your fitness goals for the week, and a place at the bottom of each day to record your fitness activity for each day. At the beginning of the month I would record what I wanted to achieve. Each week I would break it down by setting a goal of how many days I would want to work out, followed by each day recording my activity level. I was also able to take note of meals throughout the day, and water intake. Along with achieving fitness goals, there are sections for life goals, whether they concern education, personal time, or business planning. This allows you to lead a balanced healthy lifestyle.
Our company has made planners for the NFL Players Association, and various professional athletic teams. They have found our planners to be a useful tool in recording their progress, allowing them to move forward with their goals. Teams have also found it helpful to use it as a training guide, in which the athletes can refer to on an every day basis. Our website will allow you to read many testimonials from famed athletes, such as this: “Your presentation on leadership and gaining the competitive edge to our players, coaches and management groups was a source of inspiration and motivation to all of us.” Chuck Daly, USA Olympic Dream Team.
I would like to offer you a complimentary planner as I believe it is something could help you, or your clients, achieve excellence in every aspect of you life, including fitness goals.
