One of the first things you should do as a new coach is make an appointment with your coach to do the new coach interview. It will help you get started off on the right foot! And, we now have some great tools to help coaches succeed! Even though Dave and I have been coaches for almost 3 years now, we are going through all the materials as if we are new coaches.
Because so many of you reading this blog are our team coaches, you are invited to be a part of our group calls to go over the "Getting Started Right Guide" and as individuals, if you want to go through it one on one.
